Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the QuickBid website and the QuickBid platform, including QuickBid, QuickLens, QuickManpower, QuickOEM, QuickTakeoff and QuickProcure.

Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and QuickBid Systems Private Limited ("QuickBid", "we", "us"). By accessing our website or using any of our products ("Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that organisation.

Where you have signed a separate order form or subscription agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence over these Terms to the extent of any conflict.

Our services

QuickBid provides AI-powered software for tender discovery, RFP analysis, bid preparation, submission support, market intelligence, material takeoff, tender drafting and bid evaluation. Features vary by product and subscription plan, and we may improve, change or discontinue features over time.

Products marked "Coming Soon" are not yet generally available and may change before release.

Accounts and access

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us promptly at support@quickbid.co.in if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• We may suspend access where we reasonably believe an account is being misused or poses a security risk.

Acceptable use

When using the Services, you agree not to:

• Break any applicable law, regulation or the terms of any tender portal you access.
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information in any bid or tender.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services, other accounts or our systems.
• Reverse engineer, copy, resell or sublicense the Services except as permitted in writing.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the performance or security of the Services.

Your data

You retain ownership of the documents, company information and other content you upload to the Services ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and analyse Customer Data solely to provide and support the Services for you.

We do not sell Customer Data, and we do not use it to serve advertising. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

AI-generated output

The Services use artificial intelligence to analyse documents and generate summaries, checklists, recommendations, estimates and draft documents. AI output can contain errors or omissions. You remain responsible for reviewing all output and for every decision and submission you make, including bid / no-bid decisions, pricing, compliance and the contents of any bid or tender.

Fees and payment

Paid plans are billed as set out in your order form or subscription plan. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes and are non-refundable. We may suspend paid features if fees remain unpaid after reasonable notice.

Intellectual property

The Services, including our software, models, design, logos and documentation, are owned by QuickBid or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any of these rights to you, other than the right to use the Services as described here.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that you will win any tender, that tender portals will remain available, or that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickBid will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, contracts or data. Our total liability arising from the Services is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms. On termination, you may request an export of your Customer Data within 30 days, after which we may delete it in line with our retention practices.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, unless your agreement with us specifies otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in the platform. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
