Refund Policy
This policy explains how payments, refunds and service credits work for subscriptions to the QuickBid platform, including QuickBid, QuickLens, QuickManpower, QuickOEM, QuickTakeoff and QuickProcure.

Fees and payments
- All services are prepaid. Your subscription is activated once payment is received.
- Payments can be made by credit or debit card, UPI, net banking or any other method offered at checkout.
No refunds once activated
All subscriptions are non-refundable once activated. QuickBid does not provide refunds or compensation for:
- missed tenders or delayed tender alerts and updates
- document output that contains errors
- service downtime
- incorrect information entered by the user
Service extensions
In rare cases where the service is disrupted solely because of a technical failure within QuickBid, QuickBid Systems Private Limited may, at its sole discretion, extend your subscription as a gesture of goodwill.
Limit of liability
Notwithstanding the above, if QuickBid is ever held legally liable to a subscriber, its maximum liability is strictly limited to the pro-rata value of the subscription fee the subscriber paid for the billing cycle in which the cause of action arose, calculated from the date the claim is formally notified to QuickBid.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you breach our Terms of Service. Suspension or termination does not entitle you to a refund.
